Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping
Rubberboothollandshop is a webshop with a real showroom. We deliver our products throughout Europe. Naturally, you would like to know that your order will arrive safely and well, and that this will not take unnecessarily long. You can pick up your order at our location in the middle of the Randstad, near Schiphol. We ship most items throughout Europe.

Boats and/or engines are always delivered to you at our store in Aalsmeer. You will receive a clear explanation of the product from us during delivery. This is also a requirement of the manufacturers of these products to qualify for the full warranty. After placing your order, you will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery.

Shipping costs Netherlands
Rubberboothollandshop does not charge shipping costs on orders with a value from € 50 within the Netherlands. You will see the shipping costs during checkout before you checkout on the website. This way you will never be faced with surprises.


Shipping costs International
If you want a product from Zodiaconlineshop.nl delivered outside the Netherlands, we use the rates of our delivery services (including DHL and PostNL). You will see these rates in our webshop before you pay for the product.

Delivery times
We do everything we can to get your product to your location as soon as possible. The delivery time is usually stated with the order. On average you can expect a shipment that is in stock within 24-48 hours. We will keep you informed of the delivery with a track & trace.

Pick up in the Randstad
Would you rather not wait for your package? You can also pick up almost everything from us. We keep a large stock. We do recommend that you call in advance to make sure we have your product. Go to our contact page for opening hours and more information.

You can also choose to collect your order during the ordering process.

Returns

You can almost always return products. Products must be returned unused and without traces of use (new condition) in the original packaging.

Follow the steps below to create your return:

Step 1 Register your return

1. Register your return in your Rubberboothollandshop account.

If you are already registered, you can simply log in via your account.

If you do not have an account yet (so have paid without registering), you can create an account with the SAME e-mail address as the one with which the order was placed.

  1. Once logged in, click on “My Orders” and then on the order. Click on 'Return items' at the bottom of the order.
  2. Choose the reason for return and the return action (eg incorrect product received and correct product sent).

Step 2. Return goods

Please note: always register your return first (step 1) before returning the goods.

Please state in the subject of the email: Your order number / RETURN

One of our employees will then contact you and you will receive the returns form which you must complete and add to your shipment.

After receipt of your return, it will be processed as soon as possible.

 

Condition of the goods

It is your responsibility to handle the product and shipping with care. All products must be checked by us upon arrival before we can refund your money. Any damage or depreciation can be charged.

 

Warranty

1. You must register a warranty claim in your Rubberboothollandshop account.

If you already have an account, you can log in to Rubberboothollandshop.nl.

If you do not have an account yet (so have paid without registering) you must create an account with the SAME e-mail address as the one with which the order was placed.

2. Once logged in, click on “My Orders” and then on the order. Click on 'Return items' at the bottom of the order.

3. Choose the return reason "Register warranty case" and return action "Warranty: repair / check product"

4. We are then aware of the warranty case and we will contact you as soon as possible.

There is no warranty on used items (second chance)

Cost of return shipment

Costs for returns from customers within the Netherlands will be borne by the customer. This also applies to the costs of returns from countries other than the Netherlands. The above applies to both regular returns and warranty cases.

If you have purchased a boat and/or motor through our online shop, delivery always takes place personally at our store in Aalsmeer. The costs for any return of these items (boat and/or motor) in the event of a warranty claim are therefore borne by the customer.
