CE document / Declaration of Conformity

The CE document concerns the so-called Declaration of Conformity and is also referred to as a CE document or CE certificate.

With every new boat from Zodiac, Bombard and Capelli you will receive a CE document. This is only provided once. We advise you to store it properly and, if necessary, to save a digital copy of it.

If you no longer have or have lost this document, it is possible to order a new one. 

In some countries (for example Belgium) this document is necessary to register your boat.

Even if you want to sell your boat as a Dutch owner to a party abroad, you always need this CE document.

The costs for a new copy are € 150,-- excl. VAT.

To request a new CE document from the factory, we need the following information:

• Contact details (name, address, telephone number, email address) of the applicant.
• A copy of the invoice (the purchase invoice / sales agreement) on which the relevant boat number and boat type is stated.
• A photo of the boat number plate (elongated plate on the back of the transom)
• A photo of the manufacturer's plate (square plate on the inside of the transom).
